Inaugural Annual General Meeting of the

Tramountanas-North Association Inc.

Everyone is welcome to attend

The T-NA will hold our first AGM since registration in 2008 and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

All "Full" & "Associate" financial members have voting rights, so come along and have your say.

If you wish to be involved in the running of the Association, then you can nominate (Nomination Forms available from "Downloads" on home page) for a position on the Managing Committee, which meets about 4 times per year. The Chairman, Secretay & Treasurer positions (must be FULL Member) will be elected by and from the incoming Managing Committee as well as the assistant Secretary & assistant Treasurer positions ( "FULL" or "ASSOCIATE" members).

If you are currently a member but have not paid your renewal fees (due in January each year) or wishing to become a member & nominate or vote at the AGM, then please send us you completed Membership Application and pay your fees by 10th September 2010. Membership application forms for new members can be downloaded from this website, just click on "Become a member" on the home page.
